Boston Tea Party
Prior to the Boston Tea Party in 1773, green tea was the most popular type of tea in America. On that famous day, more than 93,000 lbs of tea were dumped into the Boston harbor, forever altering the course of history. Chinese Hyson tea is said to be the main type of tea on board that day. Our Young Supreme Hyson, with its savory flavor and strong finish, might have been America's most popular today, had it not been for our old friend Sam Adams. Enjoy it alone or with milk and honey.
