Competition grade Pu-Ehr tea pressed into the shape of small birds' nests. This Pu-Ehr must be treated very delicately when brewed- we recommend a maximum time of 45 seconds. Within this time, tea should turn a russet color. A hearty, earthy, acquired taste- but one of our favorites. Pu-Ehr is said to aid in digestion.
